Bio History Note | This conference featured Mary Travers, social activist and folk music star from the singing group, Peter, Paul and Mary. The keynote speaker was Dr. Ronald Sider, Professor of Theology at Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary. This was the 5th year for the conference, an ecumenical gathering sponsored by the college's Peace Studies Institute and the Howard John Peace and Justice Lectureship of the Manchester Church of the Brethren. |
