| Bio History Note | Valuable materials regarding the districts, conference minutes, pastors lists, issues, reports. |
| Archivist Note | 40-50 boxes were brought to the archives in 2019 from storage in Calvin Ulrey Hall. These boxes were processed during the COVID outbreak of 2020 when departmental budgets were frozen. The archivist was not able to replace the original file folders or metal paper clips with plastic.
