Andrew Murray received an honorary degree from Manchester College in 1993.  See MC2004/122 for photographs from this event.

Francis was the second son of first College President David Howe and David's first wife, Delilah.  Francis (Frank) was an instrumental music teacher at Manchester College 1899-1900.  Frank was also the Inventor/founder of the Howe Vacuum Bait Company.
