• MC2009/71-E,a - This poster had been identified previously as 2003/114 #67 but paperwork had not been generated.  It is now identified with accession  number MC2009/71-E,a.  Senior May Day 1933 poster.  "The Senior Class of Manchester College Presents 'Hotel Universe' in a two cast production.  The poster itself advertises no year and identification was written by someone on the verso.
• MC2009/71-E,b - The Mancheser Communication Studies Department and Forensice Union present a "Public Debate on US/Japanese Trade Policy, Resolved: That Japan unfairly discriminates against American Products," between Japanese International Debate Team and Manchester College.  14 March 1994.

D. Pickney, President, Indiana State Chapter of the NAACP.

• MC2009/71-E, h - "Earth Day '80," Apr. 22. 
• MC2009/71-E, i - Peace Week 2004, schedule of events poster.
• MC2009/71-E,i2 - Peace Week 1994, schedule of events poster (formerly #24 2003/114).
• MC2009/71-E, j - "Go Plant a Tree!!!, Earthday Celebration *20 years.*"   MC Enviro Group.  No year on poster.
• MC2009/71-E,k - "Soap Box Forum," on High Food Prices, sponsored by Manchester Forensic Union. Chairman of the forum: Don Kessler.  No year.
• MC2009/71-E,L - Manchester College International Week, 1993, with a Focus on Africa. (formerly #17 2003/114).
• MC2009/71-E,m - Manchester College International Week, 1993, with a Focus on Africa (formerly #10 2003/114).  This poster has a photo of the Kent State African Music Ensemble who were performers at this event.
• MC2009/71-E,n - Manchester International Fair, 1993, poster. (formerly #18 2003/114).

This is part of a large collection of materials ranging from MC2009/7-A  -  MC2009/71-V,j1a,b.  

These printed and hand-made posters and other memorabilia had accumulated throughout the years in the Manchester College Archives.  Some of the pieces had been encapsulated by a previous Archivist and in 2009 Archivist, Jeanine Wine, trimmed the edges of previous encapsulations to make the objects more manageable to store.  Some of the objects had also been assigned an accession number by a former Archivist but paperwork  had not been created. 

• Objects that had not been previously accessioned were given the number of MC2009/71-( ),( ). 

• Other objects were identified by the accession number already assigned by a previous archivist and although these items were included with the MC2009/71 collection, an individual accession page was created for them since an individual accession number had indeed been given.

• Various File Folders contain pieces of similar content.  These file folders are separated in Drawer H. These files are listed and their contents itemized. 

To make the collection easier to access, the accession number for each grouping will be shown and the scope and content for that segment will be listed, describing that particular grouping.  Eg.  MC2009/71-A: A Cappella Choir  is part of MC2009/71, but MC2009/71-A and its contents will be listed separately.
