Flora Church of the Brethren and the Mulllendore family, Carroll County. We have rather spotty years of directories and pastor’s records, and I do not have time to look through each piece. Here are some highlights.
The Mullendore family seems to have been involved with the Flora Church of the Brethren.
Mr. and Mrs. Frank Mullendore are listed in the 1927 Flora Church of the Brethren Altruist Sunday School Class Directory.
In the pastor’s notebook of 1938 it appears that the pastor visited Max Mullendore at the hospital on Nov. 30, 1938 and also F. Mullendore.
In the pastor’s notebook of 1938 it appears that the pastor visited F. Mullendore, Dec. 6, 1938 and Max Mullendore on Dec. 8, 1938.
The pastor visited Max Mullendore again on December 14 and 15, 1938.
The 1943 Flora Church of the Brethren Director lists Frank Mullendore, Sr. and Luna Mullendore (Mrs. Frank, Sr.) and also Frank Mullendore, Jr.
Frank Mullendore, Sr. is listed as a member in the 1946 Flora Church of the Brethren Directory.
The 1950 Church Directory lists:

Luna Mullendore is listed as a member of the Women’s Society of the Flora Church of the Brethren, 1956 – 1957. |
