An additional short memo from R.C. Hollinger (Secretary of the Executive Committee) is included detailing a misunderstanding about whether his contract provides a salary plus board or a salary plus room and board. One obituary written by R. H. Miller. Elder Issac Bruce Book was a member of the Church of the Brethren. Funeral services were held by Elders Otho Winger (Manchester College President) and R. H. Miller (member of the Manchester faculty). | Date of Accession | Unknown | Bio History Note | According to the records of Ferne Baldwin, Bruce Book was a faculty member at Manchester College from 1900-1914. During his time here, he taught Literature, English, Manual Arts Training, French, and Modern Languages. He died on 7 September 1929.
