Professor Warren Garner's certificates of Appointment from the State of Indiana Office of the Governor for 1977-1981, 1981-1985, and 1989-1991:

1. 1 May 1977 - 1 May 1981 - The State of Indiana Office of The Governor appoints and commissions Warren Garner as a member of the Commission on Teachers Training and Licensing, to serve as such for a four year term expiring May 1, 1981.

2.  28 May 1981 - 1 May 1985 - The State of Indiana Office of The Governor appoints and commissions Dr. Warren Garner as a member of the Commission on Teaching Training and Licensing, to serve as such for a four-year term, which term will expire 1 May 1985.

3. 1 July 1989 - 1 July 1991 - signed 10 July 1989 - the State of Indiana Office of The Governor - Evan Bayh, Governor - appoints and commissions Warren Garner to serve as a member of the Indiana Education Certification and Licensing Commission for a term of two years.
