Digitized copies of original VHS tapes in MP4 format.

The Mark E. Johnston Small Business and Entrepreneurship Conference was held at Manchester College on 11 June 2003.The VHS tapes were stored in Stan Pittman's office and more research is needed to describe the background behind this conference. 

Mark Johnston was an entrepreneur and a 1968 MC alumnus of Manchester College. He wanted to help MC students become entrepreneurial in their planning. Upon his death, Mark's family established a Mark Johnston professorship at Manchester.

VHS tapes had been stored in the office of Stan Pittman, MU Director of Instructional Technologies.  They were digitized in order to add to the record of conferences hosted by Manchester. The VHS tapes were copied as MP4 files in Spring of 2014 by MU Department of Information Technology Services. The VHS tapes were removed from the collection by Jeanine Wine on 27 January 2016 because the best possible copy had been made and the tapes were only in a state of deterioration.
