Bio History Note | Wangdi's father is a professional trekking guide at Kathmandu who worked with the first U.S. expedition to climb Mt. Everest in 1963. Two siblings run trekking agencies. He has a brother who is a Buddhist monk in a monastery near the family home. Wangdi's introduction is probably by Chemistry professor, Dr. Ed Miller. |
