Bio History Note

The conference took place on March 25-27, 2003, during the 2nd Persian Gulf War.

Some conference highlights are not in the collection because several respondents and panelists gave extemporaneous remarks. According to the cover of the CD, Jeff Bach was to have given a presentation.  If that occurred, it was not documented on this CD.
