 Dear Brother and SisterI take the opportunity to informyou that we are all well at present.Thanks be to god for the undeserved blessing.I received your letter this morning whichgives me great satisfaction to hear of you that you are all well. 
 Now about our (miscellanyfaults)?If we would have got word soonerwe would certainly come for her.  Butas mother could not do without a helpthrough harvest, we not knowing whereshe would come,  
 we have now hired a girl for the present.  We commenced ourharvest on the 3 day of July and wehave about 48 acres to cut  and wecannot come out now.  I have nothingmore to write to you now but wish to(   ) you my heartfelt love, and that I with you may grow in grace

Bio History NoteThe membership letters referred to below [BC211/25g] are thought to have belonged to members of German Baptist (Church of the Brethren) congregations who were leaving one location and relocating in Indiana. More research is needed to determine into what Indiana congregation these people were received. Bill Eberly donated these letters to the Archives. 
Archivist Note
Some assorted materials were received ino the Archives but were not accessioned.  They were either 
added to existing groupings or were recycled.  These objects include but are not limited to:
Aurora yearbooks, 1914. 1916 and 1917 .
