Bio History Note | President A. Blair Helman introduces Dr. Phillip H. Hauser, who is an eminent authority on urban studies and population growth. At the time of his presentation he was serving as Professor of Sociology and Director of the Popoulation Research and Training Center and the Chicago Community Inventory, at the University of Chicago. Since Helman gives the introduction the presentation was given prior to 1986. The date on the box containing the recording is that of 23 November 1970. |
