| Bio History Note | The Winger Memorial Fund began with the Building Fund in the fall of 1937. From 1937 - 1940 $13,707.40 in cash were available toward the Fund. On 1 December 1943 the fund stood at $26,650 and during that month gifts swelled the amount to $45,600. March receipts totaled $6,979. The report continues to include donations and growth of Fund during 1943 and 1944 along with the amount needed per month to complete the goal of $100,000.00 by 23 October 1944.
