This meeting probably took place prior to or during the Church of the Brethren Annual Conference in Winona Lake, Indiana, although this would need to be confirmed. VOTED that a recess be declared during which each Board that cares to do so may review its budget fot the present year. VOTED that the chairman of the Council of Boards be authorized to present to the Conference the following revision of the 1935 - 36 Budget. Board of Christian Education $17,250.00 Missionary & Ministerial Relief $10,000.00 Bethany Biblical Seminary $25,500.00 General Education Board $1,800.00 *General Ministerial Board $5,250.00 Leaving $215,500.00 for the General Mission Board and making a grand total of $275,000.00. *This Board will appropriate to the General Mission Board during this year $1,500.00 Signed J.
