1. One memo from Robert H. Paine, Registrar, to the Faculty of Manchester College.  The memo states new regulations in grading, pass-not pass options, class attendance, convocation, academic probation and disqualification, examinations, grade changes, incompletes, withdrawals, grades of "R," January Term, and freshman in upper level courses.
