One photograph | Date of Accession | 11 June 2008 | Bio History Note | Jeanine Wine showed this photo to former Archivist, Professor Ferne Baldwin. Professor Baldwin noted that the name, "Puterbaugh" is related to the name of "Butterbaugh." She related that members of the Church of the Brethren chartered trains, or railroad cars, to travel to Annual Conference. She thinks that this photo most certainly is of a group of Brethren going to Annual Conference on the Choctaw Oklahoma and Gulf Railroad. | Archivist Note | Provenance: Unknown, in Archives prior to April 2006. The label on the back of the photo says: John C. Puterbaugh, along with his address. There is a handwritten note (hard to see) saying, "Compliments of D. R. Yoder, Goshen, IN."
