Archivist Note

January 7, 2007

These materials may have been received by Mary L. Chrastil on Feb. 23, 2005.  A Deed of Gift form from the Office of College Advancement was with the items and an accession number of MC2005/2 was written on the form.  The accession page corresponding to MC2005/2 was not printed.  It is not in the master accession book and in addition to this, a description of the gift had not been written.  Although kept secure, the collection had not been organized as of 7 January, 2007.  Because there is a doubt as to what composes MC2005/2, I am giving the Speicher collection a new accession number.  Jeanine Wine
