| Manchester College Archives. Some of the pieces had been encapsulated by a previous Archivist and in 2009 Archivist, Jeanine Wine, trimmed the edges of previous encapsulations to make the objects more manageable to store. A former Archivist had assigned accession numbers to some objects but paperwork or on-line documentation had not been generated. File Folders included in MC2009/71 are organized by category. Objects that had not been accessioned were given the accession number prefix of MC2009/71 and then organized by subject. Descriptive letters and numbers were added to accession prefix. Objects already labeled with a previously assigned accession number were given an accession page and included with the MC2009/71 collection. They were placed in the appropriate descriptive file folders.
