| Bio History Note | Dr. Melvin Nyman, Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Manchester College was chairman for the 1976 Math Field Day.
Ralph McBride, was the Manchester College Professor of Mathematics who organized the 1978 Mathematics Field Day event.
The goal of the Field Day, designed for area high school students and sponsored by Manchester College, is to stimulate interest in mathematics and to recognize mathematical ability and achievement. |
