Bio History NoteWarren K. Garner is a 1950 alumnus of Manchester College.  He is a Manchester College Professor Emeritus of Education.  Mr. Garner gave the licenses to Funderburg Library in 2000.  Jill Lichtsinn transferred them to the Archives 11 June 2012.
