Miriam Kindy Young died June 5, 1968.  Her mother, Elma Weaver Kindy and Lucile West were aunt and niece.

Miriam Kindy Young was the wife of Dr. John Young. The note refers to a letter to John Young written by Dan West.  It contains Dan's signature.  West writes about Miriam's health and gives words of encouragement.
