| Bio History Note | As President Jo Young Switzer began her move into the Office of the President, older materials were found. Many were transferred to the Archives during 2005 and 2006. Jeanine Wine did not begin her position as Archivist until April of 2006. These 9 boxes came to the Archives on 25 July 2005. A list of contents had been created. |
| Archivist Note | The handwritten description of the contents of these boxes [MU2012/103 #1 through #9] was done by an unknown individual on an unknown date and placed with the boxes in the Archives' vault. In October 2012, Student Worker, Kelley Brenneman, went through each box and compared the contents with the description, making revisions when applicable. Jeanine Wine accessioned these boxes in October of 2012 and on 25 October 2012 prepared the description for Box #7 based on the original summary and the work of Kelley Brenneman. |
