| Bio History Note | Rowan Daggett was a professor of English at Manchester College. This photograph was part of her collection. It is not clear why Daggett had this photograph in her collection of materials. She died in 2015. According to her son, Dan, Rowan would have been 13 at the time the picture was taken. If the clinic included junior and high school students, she might have been included.
Rowan's father was a Church of the Brethren pastor and probably had a church in or near Goshen, Indiana at the time. |
