One page resolution stating that the Board of Trustees acknowledges the successful completion of Helman and Oakwood Halls, the first stage in enhancing residence hall facilities under the College' s master plan for campus development.

Also, the Board expresses its appreciation and compliments members of the Physical Plant staff and the Residence Hall Planning Committee for their work in planning, helping to design, and proposing alternatives, which reduced the costs of construction and demonstrated responsible stewardship of college resources in the building of these facilities.
