Bio History NoteVernon Stinebaugh was also a minister within the Church of the Brethren.  he spent 3 years as pastor at South Whitley.  His brother, Galen Stinebaugh, was one of the Church of the Brethren members killed in the KLM airplane accident over the Atlantic Ocean following a Brethren related tour (I am not clear on the date, but many older members still can recall the event - perhaps in the mid 1950's?).
