| Archivist Note | These materials came into the archives with mold on the covers of many of the record books. They were stored in a lidded archival box for about a year in the archives processing area before they could be accessioned. On September 29 2017 Jeanine took the box outside where she removed the moldy covers and packaged the contents of the books for storage. A desiccant packet was placed in the box to guard against moisture. Description prepared 30 September 2017 by Jeanine Wine. |
