Scope and Content

September 1988 photographs of Dr. Nobuo Dobashi, Chairman of the International Exchange Committee, and Dr. Jun Arima, President of Hokusei Gakuen University, Japan, as arrangements are made to join Manchester College's Brethren Colleges Abroad program. They sign official documents at Tall Oaks with Manchester's President William Robinson, and Professor Allen Deeter.
