Scope and Content1.  One One copy of a 1981 newspaper article about the College's vehicular fleet.

Bio History Note

The article reports that the College maintains a fleet of 16 vehicles: five vans, four Chevettes, one Granada, two Fairmonts, two pick-ups, a dump truck and a flat-bed truck.  The vehicles are all Chevrolets or Fords purchased locally in North Manchester.

 

The article goes on to describe how the fleet is rotated, how many miles per gallon is hoped to be obtained, gasoline sources on compus, booking supervision, demand, use of vans, etc.
