Vivek MurthyNORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – An internationally recognized health expert and former U.S. Surgeon General will speak next month at Manchester University.

Dr. Vivek H. Murthy will present “A Nation in Pain: Understanding America’s Opioid Epidemic” at 3:30 p.m. Monday, April 2 in Cordier Auditorium on the North Manchester campus.
