Tree-Lighting, Santa is Nov. 30 at Manchester University

Manchester University invites the neighbors to its annual Tree-Lighting Ceremony on Wednesday, Nov. 30 in front of Petersime Chapel on the University Mall.

Manchester Junior High School Choir members will perform seasonal selections and carols at 6 p.m., with the lighting at 6:25 p.m.

Santa Claus arrives at 6:30 p.m. with Manny the MU mascot.

There will be refreshments outside Funderburg Library.and photos with Santa and Manny inside.

This celebration is free and open to the public.

The annual Festival of Trees will be on the first floor of the Chinworth Center and hallway connecting to the Jo Young Switzer on East Street.
