The workshop provides a positive environment for participants to discuss issues of stereotyping, prejudice and mistreatment of all groups, including those defined by gender, race, heritage, family roles, religion, age, sexual orientation, nationality, geographical region, economic class, job and physical capacity. Concrete skills and resources are developed to assist in promoting fairness and inclusion.
