UN at 75: Consultations for a More Peaceful World (please register in advance)
The UN wants to hear from YOU. In honor of the UN’s 75th anniversary, the UN is asking citizens around the world to participate in Global Consultations to answer one big question: What kind of future do we want to create? The Manchester University Consultation will focus on how we can work with the UN and the global community to build a more peaceful world. The input and ideas provided by attendees will be sent to decision-makers at the UN and Capitol Hill. This session will be moderated by Anna Mahalak, Youth Engagement Manger at the United Nations Foundation in Washington, D.C.
