Drawing upon decades-long experience in military and police forces and his expertise in approaching organizational conflict, Al Bello provides tools to become a flexible and innovative leader. Through his time in policing, Bello has brought new concepts and changes that transformed department-wide operations. Through his leadership, he has been able to shift culture and achieve a change in the way operations take place. All of this, through adaptability.
