Chef at Manchester offers Cooking for Couples

NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – The award-winning chef at Manchester University is going to share some of his secrets with couples in a new summer class.

Chef Chris Fogerty, who has won national and regional awards, is renowned at the University for tasty recipes and an innovative approach to his craft.

He will teach Cooking for Couples for three nights in June. The cost is $45 per couple per night or all three nights for $115

The June 1 class will cover basics and safety, and a special request from the chef.
On June 8, the class will focus on individual takes on big family favorites.
The June 15 class challenges couples to finish the special request from the chef. The end of that day remains a secret, because to describe it would give away the secret.

Classes are 5 to 8 p.m. in the Jo Young Switzer Center on the North Manchester campus.

Fogerty has been with the University since 2005. He and his family live in North Manchester. Chartwells provides the dining service and catering at Manchester.
