Goldsmith to speak about ‘Living a life of meaning’ on Sept. 13
FORT WAYNE, Ind. – A dedicated leader in northeast Indiana is the next speaker in the Women’s Impact Project series at the Fort Wayne campus of Manchester University.
Beth Goldsmith has been a local Realtor for 23 years and regularly ranks in the top 10 percent of Realtors nationally. She is passionate about generating funds for cancer research and enhancing educational opportunities for women.
She will speak about “From success to significance: Living a life of meaning” at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13, at the campus, 10627 Diebold Road.
“Success is often measured by comparing ourselves to others or achievement of financial or political power,” Goldsmith says. “Living a life of significance requires mastering our natural gifts and abilities to achieve our individual potential.”
Her philanthropic pursuits are inspired by challenges in her family with cancer, and Goldsmith also finds personal joy and satisfaction in being a triathlete. She has completed four full Ironman triathlons and six half-Ironman events and many shorter races.
Free and open to all women, the presentation is preceded by a networking reception with light hors d'oeuvres and cash bar at 5:30 p.m.
Those interested in attending are asked to
RSVP by Sept. 7. For more information, call 260-470-2702.
The speech is part of the Women’s Impact Project: Conviction in Action Series offered by Manchester. The series focuses on educating, empowering and encouraging women in northeast Indiana to use their passions and leadership skills to make a difference.
