North Manchester is among Indiana's Top 20 safest communities 

Indiana’s crime rate as a whole is on par with the national average, but the 2016 SafeWise Report found 20 Hoosier State communities where residents enjoy significantly lower incidents of crime.

North Manchester is listed among the state’s safest cities for the second year in a row. 

Manchester has campuses in North Manchester and Fort Wayne, and it offers more than 60 areas of academic study to 1,500 students in undergraduate programs, a Master of Athletic Training, a Master of Pharmacogenomics and a four-year professional Doctor of Pharmacy.
