10th annual MU scrapbooking and craft retreat is June 3-5
NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. – Scrapbookers have been preserving, and creating, memories at Manchester University for a decade.
Work on crafts, learn new scrapbooking techniques and share ideas at MU’s 10th Annual Scrapbooking Retreat. It is June 3-5 at the North Manchester campus.
Each with a 6-foot table and an adjustable office chair, scrapbookers and crafters will have plenty of space to spread out their materials, and there is no need to pick up — at least until the retreat ends.
Swap tables and beverages will be available, and there will be door prizes.
Overnight guests will stay in suite-style residence halls, each room containing two single beds, a private bathroom with a shower, and one set of towels and bed linens per guest. There is free wireless access.
Meals are prepared by Manchester’s award-winning chef, Chris Fogerty. Meals will be offered beginning with dinner on Friday and ending with breakfast on Sunday.
The standard cost for the weekend retreat (with room) is $170; the cost for those who will not spend the night in residence halls is $105. Manchester University employees and alumni may attend the retreat for $160 (with room) and $95 for commuters.
