Thirty-nine in-service teachers from Manchester, Ball State, Indiana Wesleyan and Trine attended a professional development opportunity on Saturday, Nov. 21. The event was hosted by junior elementary education major Hannah Deubner, Indiana State Education Association Region 2 representative. The first-time event including a lunch networking session and speed teaching. Eight classroom teachers took part in four speed teaching sessions. "Hannah demonstrated her ability to be a state leader in her professionalism and enthusiasm for organizing this event," said Heather Schilling, Manchester SEA advisor.
