Welcome to MU!

And once you’re moved in …

The step from high school to college is perhaps the biggest of a young person’s life and a definitive step to adulthood. Manchester University is committed to making that step as seamless as possible through its First-Year Experience, a national movement from which MU has incorporated the “best national practices.”

The First-Year Experience includes a first-year course, a first-year seminar, a peer mentoring program and various activities to ease your first-year student’s acclimation to Manchester University. Faculty, staff and fellow students stand ready to help first-years navigate MU, get them excited about college and help them fulfill the MU mission of becoming their best selves.

We are committed to your first-year student’s success through building relationships, encouraging involvement in campus events and supporting their academic and personal needs.

Get social!

Check out Manchester’s social media channels to get an inside glimpse of campus life. On our Social Media Hub, you’ll not only find links to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube, but a plethora of interesting blogs from MU students, too!

Check out the Campus Store

The Manchester University Campus Store is more than just the place to purchase textbooks. It’s your one-stop shop for MU gear and spirit products, school and office supplies, greeting cards, candy, beverages, convenience items, magazines and books – all of which are available by cash or credit card. You can also contact the Campus Store to send care packages to your MU student. Visit the store here.
