CETL-Sponsored Mindfulness Group

Did you attend the September 4th Mindfulness Practices CETL professional development event? Are you interested in mindfulness practices?

CETL is looking for participants to join a mindfulness group to continue the momentum started at the workshop. Mindful practices correlate with improved attention, memory, and concentration. Perhaps even resulting in an increased sense of calm, compassion, and empathy. Many of us have even experienced how students and colleagues benefit from breathings exercises, gratitude practices, and daily intentions.

The 2019-2020 academic year will focus on intentionally supporting each other in mindful practices, spending 20-30 minutes together to share and learn new mindfulness techniques.

For questions, please contact Mary Lahman or Elton Skendaj.
