Learning Opportunities

Students work together in a PGx lab

Building your network

At Manchester, in addition to offered coursework, we provide students with numerous opportunities to be engaged in the greater pharmacogenomics (PGx) community beyond the walls of the University.

Examples include:

  • a collaboration with the Personalized Medicine Coalition to provide a database relating U.S. Food and Drug Administration PGx data with Clinical Pharmacogenetic Implementation Consortium PGx guideline data
  • a recent continuing education paper written for pharmacists related to PGx and the most commonly prescribed drugs

We continue to seek opportunities for our students to contribute to the PGx community!
