C.P.S. Unit 101 Registrar's Records along with a brief history and reference material describing the creation of CPS Camp 101 and its sub-camps, of which Manchester College was one. Manchester College's 10-week program was directed locally by Dr. Andrew W. Cordier.  The sixty-seventy CPS'ers were chosen by Brethren Service Committee, and the plan was for them to leave the country and begin relief and rehabilitation work immediately after the program's completion.

A group of photographs representing Parents' Weekend, Hog Roast Weekend 1993 , the All-American Women's Baseball League 1993,  the Ikenberry Serenade 1991, Student Visitation Day, as well as other events.  Many students and individuals in the pictures are identified.

Schutz was a professor at Manchester College, as well as a farmer, public speaker, pastor, candidate for Congress (Indiana,1932) and a contendor in the 1936 Governor's race. He was a Kiwanis Club official and Chairman of the Standard Life Insurance Company of Indiana. The collection describes Indiana before and during WWII.  Schutz corresponds with soldiers and provides names of North Manchester men killed in combat. Topics of import include; prohibition, economic recovery from the Great Depression, and Hitler's impact on Europe. A vast assortment of correspondence and materials from a variety of sources concerning personal and professionally related topics. Some are related to the Church of the Brethren One letter of interest regards Mr. Max Pinney, Huntington, Indiana, who donated a charcoal drawing of Roanoke Classical Seminary (by the artist, Hansacre, of Chicago) to Manchester College.

Decades of correspondence between Vernon Schwalm and Andrew Cordier. Cordier gives detailed accounts of behind-the-scenes activity at the United Nations during the Cold War, and the reader can watch the situation in the Congo unfold.  Cordier's role in the Cuban missile Crisis is described to Schwalm as are events on the Columbia University campus during a period of student uprising in the the 1960's. Cordier is always in the thick of things and his descriptions of political figures and events are intriguing.

United Sexualities:  A group focusing on providing support to members of the GLBT community working to educate and promote dialogue amidst the Manchester community concerning issues of sexual minorities (for example, provides "safe zone" training).

Friends for Sexual Awareness:  A student-initiated group working to educate people about the different risks involved in unhealthy sexual lifestyles and the options surrounding safe sex.  It provides confidential information and support to people who are struggling with sex-related concerns.

A series of recordings done for Homecoming 1943.  They might have been pre-recorded for broadcast by WOWO Ft. Wayne.  They show the effects that WWII had on Manchester College.
