Dr. Sarah Iskander joined Manchester University College of Pharmacy, Natural, and Health Sciences as a Clinical Instructor of Pharmacy Practice. She is originally from Windsor, Ontario in Canada and completed her undergraduate studies at Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. She then proceeded to pursue her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Manchester University in Fort Wayne, Indiana and graduated cum laude. Upon graduating, she went on to complete a PGY1 residency at Ascension Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Dr. Iskander’s areas of interest include cardiology and internal medicine. She will be precepting an APPE acute care rotation at her practice site of Lutheran Hospital, where she serves as a clinical pharmacy specialist.
