East Hall is the oldest residence hall on campus and for many of its years, was a hall that only housed women. East was made into a coed building in the 2000s. East Hall houses 200 students in floors divided by gender. East Hall houses first year students through seniors and was renovated in the summer of 2019.
What you will find in East Hall:
- Three floors divided into six wings with a Resident Assistant on each wing
- A balanced atmosphere between community and study
- Study room and microwave located on each wing
- One kitchen and laundry areas
- Recently renovated lounge with couches, TV and wireless internet
- Recently renovated bathrooms and student rooms, including new loftable furniture
- Recreational area with pool table, ping-pong, vending machines and TV
- Front desk where residents can check out movies, games, cookware, etc.
