Helman Hall, named in honor of former University President A. Blair Helman (1956-86), houses 129 students, coed by suite. Each wing has one resident assistant, with a total of five in the building. Each room is designed in a suite arrangement, with
two double rooms sharing a common bathroom. Helman is centrally air conditioned and has an elevator. Helman Hall houses only upperclass students.
Helman Hall has a great room that contains a fireplace, pool table, ping-pong table, air hockey table, a projection television and many chairs and tables for study. There are also study rooms available on each floor. There is a kitchen area for cooking
that also contains vending machines (food, drinks, ice).
