Manchester designates the use of specific fonts that are an important design element of our branded communications. Consistency in font usage is one way to build visual familiarity.

Our official brand fonts are Clarendon, Univers, Calibri, Candara, Jenna Sue and Montague. These are the brand fonts by which all work in the Office of Marketing is created. Find downloads for each of these fonts below.

These fonts are not free, however, and in the interest of responsible stewardship of University resources, Manchester's brand standards also include an alternate set of fonts. These are acceptable substitutes if official brand fonts are not available on your computer. Alternate fonts are listed below as well.
