  • Minor in Systems Analysis

Overview

Businesses run on software these days. Understanding how is therefore crucial to any business, and puts a premium on those who are trained in how to use and maintain the software that makes the business world work.

To accommodate that demand, Manchester offers a systems analysis minor to help students understand the systems that make a business function. In essence, it is software engineering as applied to business, and it is designed to help students understand the systems and software used the business world.

Comprising six required courses and three electives, it offers both computer science and business systems classes. This minor is particularly useful for those students with an interest in both computing and business.
