Dr. Tracy Brooks, assistant professor of pharmacy practice, will be honored as Pharmacist of the Year at the 2017 Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly Health Care Awards.

Tracy was nominated by Dr. Ahmed Abdelmageed, assistant dean of experiential education and community engagement, who noted her significant contributions to the quality of health care in northeast Indiana. 

She will be honored at a special awards dinner on Thursday, Oct. 26 from 6-8:30 p.m. at the Memorial Coliseum Conference Center in Fort Wayne.

She, along with the 12 other health care honorees, will also be featured in the Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly edition on Oct. 27.
