Dear pharmacy community,

It is with great sadness I share the news that a tragic accident has claimed the life of P2 student Omar Saleh.

I am in the process of working with members of the pharmacy leadership team to make arrangements for counseling services next week, as well as making adjustments to the final exam schedule. Such information will be communicated later today.

Please hold all of the people who loved Omar in your thoughts and prayers. In the days ahead, we will support each other as we reflect on his time with us and provide comfort to each other as we process our grief.

We cannot begin to understand the loss of one of our own whose life was so full of promise. The entire MU community grieves his passing.
